Botanical and Wellness Consultation
Service Description
This service includes a follow-up appointment During our first meeting we will discuss the concern that brought you to this consultation and complete an in-depth health and lifestyle assessment, in order to be able to make appropriate recommendations. If you have any labs or other relevant health documents you wish to have included in your file, please bring a copy with you. Our first meeting will be roughly 90 minutes, so make sure you plan for this. If necessary, after our initial meeting and evaluation I will do any additional research needed and follow up. ***Botanical/Herbal preparations are not included in the consultation fee.*** This service also includes a follow up appointment 3-6 weeks after our initial meeting. Please note that this is a comprehensive and wholistic service. It is more than just selecting a good tea blend. It is a full evaluation of your health and lifestyle to help you incorporate nutrition, phytomedicine and/or daily activities, safely, with any other current modalities or medical plans you are following to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, time is reserved especially for you and no one else, and to provide the type of care you are looking for, Julianna limits the number of clients she accepts each week. Also, time goes into preparing for your appointment before the scheduled time. Thus, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. Payment for JJ Botanicals services is required to be paid 24 hours prior to your appointment (unless a different arrangement has been made). If payment is not received, Julianna reserves the right to cancel your appointment. A fee may be charged for missed appointments and for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
